Curriculum and Instruction (C&I)

Kettle Moraine enjoys a powerful legacy of high-achieving students, dedicated educators, and an engaged community. At the heart of this success are the many rigorous and engaging opportunities available to our students. The Curriculum & Instruction Department of the Kettle Moraine School District is committed to providing leadership and support to all content areas and programs that impact student learning. Through K-12 alignment, integrated approaches to curriculum, technology, and instruction, the Curriculum & Instruction Department supports the district purpose of preparing, inspiring, and empowering every student to succeed through a culture of excellence.

Administrators, Curriculum Leaders, Program Coordinators, Instructional Leaders, and Instructional Technology Specialists collaborate and guide teacher teams to review curriculum, analyze data, create goals and action steps, and monitor student learning and engagement. Ongoing analysis results in a curriculum that is relevant, rigorous, robust, and responsive to academic trends and student needs. This aligns with KM's mission of dedicated staff and community stakeholders providing academic rigor, choice, authentic experiences that support students.
